Staging Consultation - $350

Tailored Approach that Works

We gladly wоrk wіth DIYers/ Dо-It-Yоurѕеlf customers. We start off with a detailed phone interview, an in-home consultation, and then we create an action plan to get the best possible sale results. We work together with you using an 8-point plan that ensures maximum return on investment (ROI) for every staging dollar spent. This service gives you the objective, expert advice you need in the form of a detailed report to do the staging work yourself.

The consultation is up to 2 hours, and we do the following:

A detailed phone interview
In-home consultation
Buyer research
Top dollar guide
Design and décor plan
Curb appeal tips
And more…

You will walk away with all the answers, a Priority Shopping List and an Exclusive Vendor List to help you complete the staging process.

**If the home is larger than 3500 sq. Ft. with multiple staging areas there could be an additional time cost to cover the larger house and extra time spent on the project.

Basic Staging Package - $650

Power Staging is excellent for homeowners who want assistance with quickly preparing their homes for sale. This staging service is all about rolling up our sleeves, following the detailed Staging Report and working together to start staging the main areas of the home right away. You won’t believe the difference a few hours make just using what you already own!

This service can take up to 4 hours in the home with 2 hours planning/prep time and includes:

Kitchen staging and organizational strategies
Main living area staging
Main bathroom design
If time permits, we will tackle other crucial living areas, so your home is showing ready
We will bring in essential staging accessories to give you a “visual shopping list” of what to purchase for modernizing and setting the stage for buyers to fall in love
You will walk away with beautiful “after” photos of your staged rooms!

This is also a critical service prior to the professional MLS photos being taken because we style each space for maximum photo impact!

Standard Staging Package - $1,050

Is your home a bit larger and will require more hours than what's offered in the Power Staging? No problem! This service merely extends our time together to include a day of rolling up our sleeves, following our detailed Staging Report and tackling the main areas of the home while staging for photos.

This service can take up to 7 hours in the home with over 2 hours planning/prep time and includes:

Kitchen staging and organizational strategies
Central living area staging, and emotional connection point set up
Main bathroom, master bedroom, and bath design
If time permits, we will tackle other key living areas, so your home is show ready
We will bring in essential staging accessories to give you a “visual shopping list” of what to purchase for modernizing and setting the stage for buyers to fall in love
You will walk away with beautiful “after” photos of your staged rooms!

Premium Staging Package - $1,750

A Harston Home Design consultant will spend two days before the "Open House" weekend transforming the house into a buyer’s dream. The consultant will be working with a detailed Harston Home Design Action Plan (included) that will be given to the home seller to complete the transformations at the end of the session.

Every home should go through our complete home staging transformation before being listed!

We can do all the work for you and completely stage all the main areas of your home!

Redesign Consultation - $350

In this intensive in-home consultation, we will be using our detailed and customized Design Report to track everything needing to be done in the main areas of your home so that they shine! This DIY service is designed to give you all the objective, expert advice you need to do the design work yourself in the form of a detailed, Design Report.

The consultation can take up to 2 hours, and will cover the following:

Detailed phone or digital interview to thoroughly understand your project, style, and preferences.
Recommended furniture arrangement and flow.
De-cluttering, rearranging and optimizing space in each room.
Highlighting architectural features and freshening up each room.
Lighting, window treatments, and accessory arrangement.
Color advice and emotional connection points in each area so you love the look of each space!

You will walk away with all the answers, a Priority Shopping List and an Exclusive Vendor List to help you complete the design process and set you on your way to a gorgeous looking home.

Basic Redesign Package - $550

Revamp Your Space: Basic Redesign Magic!

This design service is all about getting hands-on and working together follow the detailed Design Report. you won't believe the difference a few hours makes using what you already own!

This servie can take up to 4 hours and includes:

Kitchen design and organizational strategies.
Main living area design and emotional connection point set up.
Main bathroom design.
If time permits, we will tackle other key living areas.
We will even bring design accessories to give you a "visual shopping list" of what to purchase for modernizing your home.

Ideally, a power shopping trip right after this appointment to gather needed accessories and furnishings for each space while it's fresh on our minds.

Full Redesign Package - $850

Do you have a larger home with more than a few hours of work that needs to be done? No problem! This service extends time to include a full day following our detailed Design Report to tackle the main areas of the home.

Relocation Space Planning - $95 per hour

If you are relocating to a new home, we are your perfect relocation space planning professionals. We are aware that relocating to a new home can be very cumbersome and time-consuming. We help to make the move efficient by helping you plan the layout of your home before moving. This service makes the moves less stressful for you and your movers which allows you to move in faster so that you can begin enjoying the comforts of your new home much sooner. Goodbye to moving headaches.

Power Shopping - $95 per hour

Home staging and redesign is not only about using your existing furniture, accessories, and decorative items to reimagine your space. You may also need a few new items to take the aesthetic up to it's potential. At Harston Home Design, we examine your home redesigning requirements, create a budget, and help you purchase the necessary additions to accelerate the sale of your home or put the final highlighted touches on your redesign.
